This Privacy Policy describes how GlassPrompt (“we,” “our,” or “us”) handles information when you use the GlassPrompt application (“App”). The App is distributed exclusively through Apple’s App Store for compatible iPhone devices.

- The App does not use subscriptions.
- Content you create (such as scripts you enter and videos you record) is handled primarily on your device, subject to the permissions you grant and features you use.
Information the App may access
Depending on how you use GlassPrompt and the permissions you approve in iOS Settings, the App may interact with device capabilities including:
- Camera and microphone — to preview and record video in accordance with iOS permission prompts you approve.
- Photo Library — to save recordings to your Photos library when you choose to do so, if you grant Photos access.
- Scripts and settings you enter in the App — stored on your device to operate core features (for example, displaying scrolling script text during recording).
How we use information
We use information solely to operate, maintain, secure, and improve the App and related services.
If we introduce optional cloud-backed features in the future (for example, sync or backup), we will describe what is collected, why it is collected, and how long it is retained in an updated policy before those features apply to you.
Analytics, advertising, and tracking
Unless we disclose otherwise in-product or in an updated version of this policy, GlassPrompt does not show third-party advertisements inside the App and does not use cross-app tracking for advertising purposes.
Apple may provide developers with aggregated App Store analytics (for example, download or crash diagnostics), subject to Apple’s policies and your device settings.
Purchases
If GlassPrompt is offered for purchase on the App Store, payment processing is handled by Apple. We do not receive your full payment card details from Apple.
No subscriptions: GlassPrompt does not offer subscription billing. Any paid offering is a non-subscription purchase model (for example, a one-time paid download), unless we explicitly communicate a different model in the App Store listing — which would not include recurring subscriptions from us.
Data retention
Script content and recordings created with GlassPrompt remain under your control on your device unless you delete them or remove the App. If you contact us with support requests, we may retain correspondence long enough to resolve your inquiry and comply with legal obligations.
Security
We take reasonable measures designed to protect information we handle. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure; use the App only on devices you trust and keep iOS updated.
Children’s privacy
GlassPrompt is not directed to children under 13 (or the minimum age required in your jurisdiction). If you believe we have inadvertently collected personal information from a child, contact us using the email below and we will take appropriate steps.
International users
If you access the App from outside the United States, your information may be processed in the United States or other countries where we or our service providers operate, which may have different data protection laws.
Your choices and rights
Depending on where you live, you may have rights to access, correct, delete, or restrict certain processing of personal information, or to lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority. If you are a California resident, California law may provide you with additional rights regarding personal information. We do not “sell” or “share” personal information as those terms are commonly defined under the California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA), as amended. European Economic Area, UK, and Switzerland
Where the GDPR or UK GDPR applies, we process personal information as described in this policy. Our legal bases may include performing our contract with you (providing the App), legitimate interests (for example, securing and improving the App), and compliance with legal obligations. You may have rights to object, restrict, or port certain data; contact us for requests.
Changes to this policy
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We will post the updated policy on this page and revise the “Last updated” date. Material changes may also be communicated through the App or App Store listing where appropriate.
